OK, so for some reason one of our entry doors isn't recognizing guest keys to open... ok, this is kinda irritating, but there is an easy solution, go to another door.
Now for this particular SC this makes her especially suck because she complained that she couldn't get into the door for her room... oh yeah, she came to the lobby to get breakfast, then went out the main entrance and AROUND the building to get to this door... apparently the fact that yes she can go through the hotel is foreign... and would she accept my advise that you can just go through the hotel... no of course not, she must go this specific way and I must go with her with the master key to override the lock... oh and she wants us to be available at any time with the master during her stay... honestly lady, I can understand if you are upset having to go through the lobby from the parking lot, but why the hell can't you go through the lobby when you are in THE FRICKIN LOBBY!?!?
