Guest: Yea I thought I was getting a five star property and I went online and it looked at it, and it's only four star
Me: Ok did you want me to check for a five star property to move you to?
Guest: No, I want my money back
Me: Ok I will cancel that for you and give you a full refund
Guest: No, I dont want to cancel. I just want a refund.
Me: Well I cant give you a refund and not cancel your reservation
Guest: But you lied to me and said the place was a five star and it's only four
Me: and I apologize for the misunderstanding but I have offered you a five star
Guest: and I told you I dont want it now. I want my money back and I dont want to cancel
Me: I cant issue a refund and still let you keep the reservation
Guest: I wanna speak to your manager
My manager picks up
Manager: sir, I cant let you stay for free...........I understand that, sir, but....
