    Granted she was a little upset because she had no service for a week and that the tech did not show up to her doorstep and that she had to reschedule her appointment but again, before somebody brings it up, I KNOW for a fact that giving her a credit does not resolve the issue.

    the fact of the matter is that she ASKED for a credit. I calculated the credit which came out 87.00. I tell her this and she questions it. I gave her credit for more than a week for 3 of her services and she is so ungrateful. She doesn't give a thank you, all she says is under her breath, "i hope i don't have to pay this" or some shit like that.

    I really wanted to tell her after closing the call, "please hold for my survey and oh, YOU'RE WELCOME.

    sometimes no matter how nice you are, no matter how much you bend over backwards, it just isn't enough. The ONLY thing that could have made things right in her head was if you turned back time.
