Today at work I only had one SC! He was a young man about 23-25 and was trying to return 2 beat up looking computer games. WITHOUT A RECEIPT!
ME: How can I help you? (I work on service desk)
SC: These games don't work...*Hands me two computer games looking like they have seen better days.*
ME: I can't do anything if you've already opened them...
SC: You have to if you ... (rambled incoherently) ... I just want to exchange them, it's not like I am trying to scam you or anything...
ME: Do you have a receipt? *I start to scan one of the bar codes*
SC: No.
ME: We don't even sell computer games. *comes up not on file and I remember we don't even sell computer games anymore...not for a long time*
SC: Storms off swearing under his breath.
ME: Smiling because I won that round. HA!
