I remember when I first started to work here we have a lounge with a phone. One day I go in to use the phone and a woman I don't recognize is using it. Of course, there are a lot of people, I'm not surprised I dont' recognize her (note, I never saw her again). Anyway, she's on the phone and after a few min. she gets off and makes another call. There is a sign that says "limit your calls to 3 min. if people are waiting" so I tell her I needed to make a call. She said, "so do I," and she finished dialing and talked for a long time. So I believe she was just a costumer and just walked into the lounge, which has a sign on the door that says, "staff only".

Another time this woman walks in around 5pm while I'm on break and says she needed to keep her dentures in the fridge. I told her no. That this was an employee lounge. But she goes on about having to store her dentures in the fridge and puts them in there. After she left I took them out (they were in a case)and left them on the counter.

unfortnely thats what our socitey has become.Basically retail employees are seen as stupid and uneducated morons. We deserve no respect or personal time(like lunch).Everyone is so self absorbed and smug.No one cares about anyone else.

Your customer came close to battery. If she had hit you and not your food, I would suspect that the story would be a bit different. Also your reaction of calling security instead of reacting to her in other ways was a good call.

You should quit or else find a way to get revenge much more than you do with these people.

Maybe start giving them tons of refunds by saying to your manager how you think they deserve them. Then when the higher ups get angry at the lack of profits, show them your documentation that your manager approved all the refunds.

Cause a decent manager would have kicked somone lke that bitch off. Maybe you can get a new and better one.
