Guest: I want to schedule a pick up for my bikes

Me: the bike shop will automatically do that

Guest: well I still want to schedule it

Me: they will pick them up tommorow after you leave

Guest: you're not understanding......I want to schedule a time for the pick up

Guest: well you know everyone else I talk to there is so helpful but you dont seem to want to help me at all

Me: well if you want to talk to the bike shop, I will give there number directly

Guest: so I have to make another phone call? You know this is very inconvenient and I want it noted in my file that I am unhappy about it. We go on vacation to many places and never have we gotten the second class treatment we get here. I just want to schedule a pick up for these bikes.

Me: and I told you ma'am. the bike shop will pick them up

Guest: so the answer is no?

Me: I cant do it at a specific time

Guest: just give me the GD number

Even if some of these are old stories, I have to say damn, you encounter some real winners. Bike shop.... picks them up...after you leave. How hard is that to understand? She could use a whap with a frozen salmon, but I think it'd break the salmon on that thick skull.

I just don't get these entitled nasty morons who can't figure out how to cope with a world where they aren't catered to hand and foot. It's obvious they aren't paying for 5 star treatment. Even 5 star treatment has it's limits. These people AREN'T Billionaires, aren't spending like them, and aren't treated like them.

Some people would perfer that no one came to their room to p.u. stuff while they were there.

Then again, maybe the guests wanted to make sure that the bike shop picked up their bikes. Maybe they (guest) experienced a time when they went home, then saw on their cc that they were charged by a bike shop (or other shop or service), and when they called the shop told them that they went to pick up the bikes and they were'nt there so they assume the guests stole them so they charged them for the cost of the bikes and other charge. So, again, the guests want to make sure they are there to see the bikes are picked up, so no one will accuse them of stealing them/losing them.

Kind of like some customers of t he library. They don't want to just drop off their books, they want a receipt to show they turned in the books. Sometimes books are turned in but not checked in and they get fined, when it's not the customer's fault.

But the customer was sucky. It cost nothing to be polite to a cs.
