well EQ, if you moved to Utah you'd be near at least 5 CSers that I can think of off the top of my head, and one person who *claims* he will be signing up for CS... rents are kinda cheap up here... other than all 3 of my bedrooms are already in use I'd say I'd give you a good deal.
