    HellSouth tech support was notorious for extremely long wait times. Back when I had DSL the first time, I had to call b/c the modem wouldn't recognize the USB connection on one of the desktop PC's I had it connected to.

    The wait time ended up being closer to an hour and a half And this was during a weekday.

    So, IMO a five minute wait is nothing to me.

      Well, our Houston office is closed until at least Thursday. I have no idea just how much damage there is.

      All day today, I had people complaining that their wait time was well over 30 minutes. Well you know what? There's a damned message on the recorder saying as such. Why the heck did you get out of the queue to call and complain to me? I can't fix your problem any faster. *sigh*
      Random conversation:
      Me: Okay..so I think I get why Zoro wears a bandana
      DDD: Cuz it's cool

      So, by using the Doctor's reasoning, bow ties, fezzes and bandanas are cool.
