I just don't have the words for this doss-c*nt.
First, Hurricane Ike closed every library until Tue., when only the downtown library opened. Then 3 other libraries yesterday. Second, there are 2 library systems, the City and the County. Some of the county libraries are open.
Yesterday an operator with 311 transferred a call to the library. I could tell right away the caller was on a cell phone, driving.

DC=I need a library near me. I live off of I-10 and Peach. (note: my grand mother used to live in that area, so I know the libraries)
Me=No City library is open near you. There is a County library, the Love library, that is open. (note: I'm not sure if she asked for a library that was opened. She might not have.)
DC=nah, that library is closed!
Me= oh, ok, sorry, you went by and saw it was closed. Unfortunately our information was wrong.
DC=but I need a library that is open!
Me=sorry, I can't find a library open in your area...
DC=the library close to me was on Becky road! And it's closed!
Me=you mean the Like library? That's not open, the Love library is open it's at...
DC=I want to go to a library that's open!
Me=The Love library is open, I can give you the address...
DC=I'm driving, I can't go to the Love library! Is the downtown library open?
Me=yes, until 7pm
Ugh, did she want me to give her the address to a closed library? Did she rather drive 15 miles to the downtown library instead of 5 to one that was open and closer? Am I suppose to read her mind and guess which library she wanted? And what's the use of that, when that library is closed? Ugh. Also, the way she was talking to me, like I was useless.
I bet if I did have the power to open a closed library, she would bitch: "You taking too long! You wasted my time!"
