          jeez, didn't you know that as soon as you told her you were the manager you were supposed to immediately cave to her all her outlandish commands because SHE IS GOD?! Foolish retail slave

          Good grief...it's AMAZING isn't it what some people will do for the sake of a...what...£30 refund tops?! I'm assuming we're not talking one of the huge rotastak things that cost a fortune but correct me if I'm wrong here Sheesh, if she was THAT disatisfied with it, why not just go somewhere else, buy a new one and sell the old one! I feel your pain tho, working in an independant isn't easy, we get a lot of the "I'm doing you a favour shopping here" rubbish too and it DOES wear extremely thin.
