Picture if you will the following:

* Hates the Vampire Books you recommend to him, from Anne Rice to Laura Hamilton to Bram Stoker.
* Manga/Comics is out, so that eliminates Hellsing

That's sacrilege and blasphemy, pure and simple. Stoker pretty much laid the foundation for vampire legends. And while I'm really not much into manga, I've read the entire Hellsing series, save for chapter 95, but only because the English translation doesn't seem to be out yet.

As for your useless customer, I'm really not sure there's anything left once all the choices you gave him have been eliminated
