  • I can't read my bill, I want a years worth of credit!

Un-beliveable! I had a customer who called today stating that there was a charge on his account that he wasn't aware of until now. This charge has been on his account for a YEAR and TEN months and he suddenly notices it NOW. This guy had a WHOLE year to look at his bills and call in about it and I even asked if he had been calling in about, he said NO, he then gives some PISS-POOR excuse about how he didn't go to school and therefore did not understand the bill.

The sucky part is the fact that when he told him that i could remove it and back bill it 6 months which we NORMALLY would not do, he goes off bitching about how unfair it is and how he has to "eat" that 7 months he had that charge just because he wasn't smart enough to CALL us and make US AWARE of the issue.

He then asked for a supervisor and even SHE didn't remove the charge.

Another joy of SCs, they blame the company for THEIR irresponsiblity.

I wonder if that will work with the county treasurer. I don't understand my property tax bill. The assessed value is the same, the rate is, in fact, lower; but the tax to pay is higher. This does not add up.
I'm trying to see things from your point of view, but I can't get my head that far up my keister!

Well, a tax bill is a lot different than a cable bill. You can't change a tax bill but you sure can dispute a charge on a cable bill cause then we can take it off.

Not without political connections. It's not for nothing that the rest of the state calls this Crook County.
