    OK, let's get it clear, if it is 4:53, and it takes you 4 minutes to get from your room to the desk, and you scheduled your wake up call for 4:50 you cannot complain about not receiving your wake up call... why, because it started ringing AFTER you left the room

    why do these people all come to me

      oh it gets better... they made the shuttle driver wait for them to get their stuff down because they just had to be on the 5am shuttle... well guess what I found out after they left... they were actually reserved for the 5:30 shuttle... if being on the 5am shuttle was that important why not reserve the shuttle for 5am and set your wake up call for more than 10 minutes before it leaves
