What a bitch! In my business (auto repair), she is the customer who takes out the plastic seat and floor protectors and throws them on the ground, or worse, onto the car parked next to hers, on those rare occasions where we can't walk her out due to phone ringing etc. I bet she also leaves 20 items of clothing on the floor for every one she buys, too. I further wager that she would throw a hissy if someone did something like this in her home.
