Today, I was ringing up a customer with 2 orders and I needed to check something on the 1st order. She told me that I had a line and that she needed to pick up her children. I rushed through the rest of the order and the second one mainly so she could leave and I wouldn't have to listen to her complain about being in a hurry anymore. Later, the FEM told me that the customer does this a lot, all the checkers that have gotten her had a problem with her, and the FEM mentioned that she was going to make a call about the customer.
