...I had a person recently report me to the better business bureau and the authorities because I refused to take his order after learning that he lives in the projects.

Never stress over the BBB - they're like a glorified advertising firm. Besides, we all know you didn't take his order because you couldn't get past the rusting car skeletons in his front yard

Holy cow! Tres coincidence! We just had a customer call in last night (I work for the cable company) who claimed a tech's wife stole their cat.

Was this in West Vancouver, BC? A buddy of mine has a delivery route near one customer's house. Before she lets him in with her order, he has to convince her he is not in fact an FBI agent coming to steal her cat. I couldn't make this up if I tried.
