me: I'm sorry, we can't give you the number over the phone, you have to come in person for it, and if you are under 18 you need to bring you mom or dad. You or they have to show an id.
sk: but they gave it to me before over the phone.
me: It's against policy. Anyone can call, like your neighbor, who knows your personal information like your address...
sk: *interrupts* but if I gave you my address you can look it up and tell that it's me.
me: Sorry, anyone who knows you, like a neighbor or brother or pharmacist, who has your address, can call and give us that information and we wouldn't know it wasn't you.
