McDonald's Double Cheeseburgers come very close.

Especially if you mix it with beer. Dunno what it is, but if I drink a beer while eating one fo those, my stomach produces very unpretty things.

To the lady who told me the sob story about needing the car starter because her husband had a major stroke and

I zoned out as soon as I read that. I HAD a major stroke, and I still function fairly well. I can juggle a few armloads of stuff at once... I do NOT have/need an automatic car starter...
