    It's a great idea, however at The Chemists where I used to work we had such a huge amount of scripts that by the time we'd phoned an hours worth of handled scripts we'd have the rest of the days work stacked up behind. We had 4-5 Pharmacists working in any one day and associated helpers for them, it just couldn't work.
    A PSA, if I may, as well as another.

      My pharmacy does that. The thing is, I know when I drop it off how long it will take, or if I call in a request I can put in a time to pick it up, so I really don't need the call. But I manage to survive that extra call I receive once in a blue moon. I have a feeling that you could generate a number of SCs who didn't want their spouses or significant others or roommates to know that they were picking up a prescription of any kind.
