Who doesn't have a dictionary? So they can, you know, look things up themselves.
I think one of mine was ruined by the TS Allison flooding. But I have other ones. People don't want to look up anything. That would involve revoking their Constitutional Right to be a lazy shit.
I woulda been tempted to tell him "bread."
I don't get the joke. Though I do remember from a Garfield strip (or was it an ep. on tv?)
Jon: How did you like your breakfast, Garfield.
Garfield: Next time, less pan and more cake.
Time! Time! Time is what turns kittens into cats.
Don't teach me a lesson; all I learn is that you are an asshole.

Why in the world does someone need a definition of the word "pan????""
If you don't know what a pan is, you shouldn't be using one.
I think that the SC was asking that, because the OP is working for the company that made that pan. And since it is foil and not metal, she has to let someone know. And in other words, she is just an ass.
Gee that leaves things so wide open. At least she did not get technical of What is the medium and large one. As recipes just call for a medium pan.
So if Tin foil is not a reflective metal then how does it not burn. User was probably using one of those disposal dishes. If you do not know how to cook please stay out of the kitchen.
Perhaps it's because I've witnessed too many of these petty bickerings, but I picture the SC trying to pull an outside person in to win an argument over what a pan is. When the wanted answer isn't given, the outside person is immediately dismissed.
