i'm thinking they pulled the whole act to get free stuff, figuring if they can bully you into submission they can get whatever they want.

Exactly what I was thinkin when I read it. They probably do the same thing at lots of places.

The next day, me and M went out for a drink.

M: Oh my fucking God, customersruinmylife, look who just walked in.

It was THEM.

Somehow they didn't see us, well, at least I think they didn't.

I would have made sure they saw me and started the mind games right then and there!!!

I'll tell you what I would have done when they walked into the establishment in which you and M were partaking of a beverage.

I'd have inconspicously made my way to the back of the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager.

"Hi. I'm customersruinmylife and I work at establishment. The customers at whichever table came into establishment and were verbally abusive to every member of staff they encountered. They have been given lifetime bans from establishment. I just wanted to give you a heads-up as a gesture of good faith to one of my colleagues, so that you can be preparted to back up your staff in case this happens here. Good day to you, sir/madam."

(It's good karma to make sure our brethren don't get blindsided.)
