i'm in agreement; donation bins are not 'freebies to browse' or 'take one as you need it' bins.

this woman has a serious ew going on there; if she thinks its ok to pull things out of donation bins and teach her daughter the same, wow, it wouldn't surprise me if precious doesn't end up stealing from donation bins in the future.

sadly, i talked to a lady who was guarding the toy donation bins in front of walmart a few christmases back; why did she need to guard them? people were caught stealing from them, a nice low for humanity reached and during the holidays.
    look! it's ghengis khan!
Sorry, but while I can do many things, extracting heads from anuses isn't one of them. (so sayeth the irv)

Reminds me of a particular incident I had at The Chesterfield... I watched a young girl place a movie into our manga rack, and walk off, and, as it was pretty dead when it happened, I went and grabbed it, put it away where it was supposed to go, then went and commented on it to Racist AM, something along the lines of, "Does that LOOK like a movie rack?" not realizing the child's parents were still in the store. Though I did notice them hanging out in the back of the store the rest of the night.
Just before we closed, they came up to me at my register, and said, "She's 5 years old, is there anything we can do to make your job easier...?" in a really threatening tone and posture. Racist SM was just standing there next to me trying not to laugh, he told me later. I told the couple, basically, "No. But you should really teach her to put things away where they belong."
      "I call murder on that!"

so i take it your manager doesn't believe "the customer is always right" anymore?
        what a bitch
I actually have a pretty sweet manager . We had a lady come in before opening a few weeks back, and when we told we were closed for another 40 minutes she insisted on making a formal complaint since 'we didn't care that she would have to go wait in line at Tim Hortons'. We told the manager when she came in and her response was to sigh, roll her eyes on comment on people's stupidity :P.

          Just dream of this... XD

Yeah I know; not feasable; I for one have dreamt many a time of having a trapdoor in the petrol station like the one Mr Burns has in his office. XD
          Did someone say trapdoor?

When it comes to parents, far too many of them are NMLAs - Not My Little Angel - that woman is not doing a thing to teach her daughter what is socially acceptable. Why would one even want to make a stink over something like that? Is she upset when she can't try things on at the Salvation Army drop-box?

She probably gets pissed when her Precious Pumpkin Poopsie-Poo is told not to take money from the March Of Dimes box as well.
