    The company I work for has a policy that if we send you a phone in the mail we charge you full price if you just upgraded and have a problem ,then when we get the phone we credit it back.
    This guy calls in after getting a bill with a charge for a phone he said he sent in. We send customers a package so they can recycle their phones and a return lable in case of issues. The guy sends his phone to the recycling playce. He goes well the envelope had the recyeling symbol on it so I didn't think it had anything to do with where I was sending the phone.
    He then goes I just accidnelty sent it to the wrong place I don't think you should hold me to the charge. It's not my fault.
    Okay sure skippy the phone is your responsability and we are to tell you instead of you reading that the big envelope is to send the phone back for recycling. I'll get right on that.
    I tell him no credit like the other dept and he wants a sup. Sup offers him a credit of a portion. Instead of taking this and taking repsonsability for the rest he declines.He tells the sup he will start a letter writting campaign and will let everyone know how we did not take care of him.
