If your (colorado) super controversial ballot measure was anything like our (california) super duper controversial jesus/super spaghetti monster wants you to vote like this or a santa will kick a puppy ballot measure, then that chick was just stupid. Everyone understand the basis of the measure here. At least they understood that voting yes would ban purple vans, while no would allow all purple vans to still be happy (but all orange hatchbacks would be miserable).
But I am curious as to what your states ballot issue was, if it was anything like ours.
And yeah, it litterally felt like some people thought that jesus himself would comedown and smite them if they voted the wrong way, (no or yes) it was farking insane for months, even now after the election there are still heated debates about it (from both sides).
