I don't know that British folks swearing sounds "cute" but I definitely like hearing the accent. Maybe it's the movies or TV shows I've grown up with (Bond. James Bond. ) but I've always associated it with someone who is cultured.

I think you're mixing it up slightly. They're closer to "trailer trash" than anything else. They usually wear track suits, have horrible teeth, and a wicked sense of entitlement.
