As some of you may recall we had a really obnoxious couple stay at our hotel http://www.customerssuck.com/board/s...ead.php?t=2986. Despite the fact that it was stated they weren't welcome back, they somehow weaseled back in. They had only been at the hotel an hour before they got annoying.
First the guy approaches me and asks if I keep any tea in my cart. I say No, he responds "Yeah I went through your cart and didn't find any. This guy stayed here a week last time and never was there tea in their rooms, he knew exactly where to find them (breakfast room) but asked anyway. A little while later I'm doing a stayover the old couple was in the room so I felt it would be rude to have my mp3 player on while they were there. So I placed it on my cart, I come back and there he is holding it "This is neat" he says "Did you find it in a room or something?" "No, it's mine, I bought it" I say, fighting the childish urge to grab it from him yelling "Mine" He then chuckles and says "Yeah finder keepers, housekeepers motto heh heh heh"
Thank you, sir. Obviously if a housekeeper has something nice it must've been found in a room. So I'm done cleaning and pushing my cart towards the closet when I see that they took their outdoor chairs and tables and set them up right in front of it, they proceeded to simply watch me move the furniture without helping
