My own favorite world's worst parker was the guy who parked BESIDE the handicap van...on the zebra stripes next to the handicapped space. There was JUST enough room for his car. He probably got out on the grassy verge next to the lot.

If the guy who rode in that van got back before the shmuck who owned the car got out of the restaurant, there would have been no way to extend the ramp.
