Knowing how OCD she is, I'm thinking it was...at least on her end.

If she was and wanted to use it in court. She wouldn't be able to since it would be an illegal wire tapping. It's only legal if she says she's recording the call for legal purpose's.

At least that's what I've been told anyway.

I must applaud to your manager Ree for FINALLY banning her from the store. I can't wait to see what news you have of her lastest attempt.

The laws are usually called "One party consent" and "two party consent." One party is obvious, only one person participating in the conversation needs to know. Two party is misleading, as if there's more than two, everyone needs to know. Which law is used where is a matter for your own research. I believe that now covers that topic as far as it needs to be.

Ree, I remember how sad you were when that co-worker passed. For this hosebeast to use his death like that, she deserves to be banned from the whole city.

Agreed. Calling to gloat about getting something she wasn't entitled to and then making light of the co-worker's death? A terrible person indeed.

Glad it happened, but damned shame it had to come to *that* to finally get her banned.

From my experience, problem customers never get better, only worse. Especially when their behavior is condoned and coddled for years by spineless managers and jellyfish corporate drones.

I hate to say it, but I'm sure you'll be back around in a couple of weeks to relate the story when she attempts to come back in.

Let's hope you're wrong. That would be the ultimate "slap in the face" to everyone who works in that store and was friends with the deceased.
