So I was doing morning FES today and so far everything was good. Till 4pm came around and the person scheduled for the Service Desk 4-8 has yet to appear. *moan* So since there was no one else I got to do it even though I was already scheduled 11-7. Yay overtime!

Anyway I called the evening FES early and was busy as heel in the Booth the whole night. Well now to the actual story...

A lady calls while I'm in the middle of a Western Union transaction:

Me:
SCW: SC the wife/concubine/mistress/SO/etc
SCH: SC the Husband or whatever

Me: <spiel>
SCW: Yes I need to know how much it'll cost to send $25 to Vegas through Western Union.
Me: Alright could you hold for one moment I just need to finish this transaction and I'll look that up for you.

I finish the transaction and pick back up the phone

Me: Alright where did you need it sent?
SCW: Vegas.
Me: Money in Minutes or Next day?
SCW: What's the difference?
Me: One's cheaper than the other.
SCW: Well we need it today!
Me: ...Alright and how much?
SCW: $25
Me: <type type type> Alright looks like the charge would be $14.99 so $39.99 all together.
SCW: *talks to SCH in the background* You said 14.99?
Me: Yes

More talking. SCH doesn't sound happy. SCW says something like "well that's what he said" blah blah blah,.

SCH: Hello?
Me: Hello!
SCH: You're telling me at Kroger in order to send $25 today to Vegas it costs 14.99!!
Me: Yes sir.
SCH: Well that's just bull!! Y'all might as well wear ski masks cause that's robbery!!!!1!1111!!!eleventy!!!
Me: Well sir the charge is-
SCH: <click>
Me: -a Western Union thing....Well F you too!! *slams phone*

*turns to next customer*

Me: Hi how are you today!
