You'd be surprised how many big people back right down if you stand your ground against them.

I had that with a guy getting right in my personal space and following up when I backed up, third time was the charm, I told him "Sir, I've backed up 3 times now, if you get in my personal space again it'll be the last time you do it." He stopped and became polite after that.

Actually, she did come back. Service desk lady noticed she was wearing her uniform shirt from a local cell-phone provider for whom she works.

Fortunately my cell phone service isn't through that provider.

What a spineless manager. There's no freakin' way that flies with me. I would've laughed right in her face, even if I had to get a chair to stand on to do it.
