    Exactly. I've had enough customers come up to me after I handed them their receipt (on a regular till) or they got their receipt from the SCO, and proceed to point to an item and tell me how it rang up wrong. "Sorry, ma'am (why's it always women?), I can't do anything once the receipt is printed out. You'll have to go to Customer Service." And they always look so put-out about it, too. Only Customer Service (and Jewelry, due to the nature of its merchandise) can process refunds. Once you've paid, a price fix requires a refund.
