    Ya know, I always heard of a fire being started that way but never seen it. Wow.

          Funny you should mention it. Those are pretty much the exact crimes he can be held to.

          I don't piss around with people like that. I would have told a co-worker to phone the fire department while I went out there with an extinguisher and *ahem* put out the cigarette. He'd go to jail before I ever would.
