SC buys $10 worth of snack foods, hands me $8.
Me: "That's only $8."
SC: "No it's $10!" (looks at money spread out on the counter) "Well I'm sure I had $10." *stares*
Me: *stares back, moves goods towards me on the counter*
SC: "Fine then I'll go look for it!" (wanders around the store, outside, into her car)
Me: (serves other customer while SC is outside)
SC: (returns, hands me $2) "See!? I told you I had it!" (takes stuff, leaves)
From being there, it was obvious the stare meant "give me this stuff for $8 anyway". My stare back said "ain't gonna happen".
