Is this 'agent' another of you or an independent travel agent? If the latter, she should go back and harass the agent for not offering her the honeymoon package.

Why is it your clients can't understand that extra services ... cost extra?

That and that the groom's mother is planning HIS and his bride's honeymoon for them. o_O

Lots of parents of the groom do this.

Traditionally the groom plans the honeymoon as it is assumed the wife is too busy with the wedding plans. But with some grooms to be getting more and more involved in that stage the groom's mother will book the place for them (especially if she's paying for it as a wedding gift).

It's not as if she's planning the itinerary or coming along.

Based on the title, I was expecting a bride or groom bitching post-honeymoon about something, like no skinmax on the cable station, or birds chirping at 6am, waking the couple up after non-stop sex.
