I don't think the "whore" in entitlement whore is meant to be taken literally, as in, a prostitute. It's as in the disparaging comment that is usually made about very promiscuous ladies.

They feed off their sense of entitlement and try it all the time anywhere. That's what makes them entitlement whores.
