I heard this secondhand from our AM in the FF job. She was working drive-thru yesterday & finished--she thought--the conversation with the SC, so she started to take the order of the next car. Well, I guess the SC needed something else, which isn't sucky, but when AM told her "ok, I'll be with you in 1 second," the SC tore out of the drive. Well,the SC came back & complained that AM was rude & flipped her off, and should be fired. Well, our SM had been there, said she would do no such thing (fire AM) & that no, the AM had not flipped her. She stood ground and the SC left w/ no satisfaction. I love our store mngr!
