As far as the whole removing the smirk from the face, I've been known to flip them the bird, too, and I still have my job. Then again, my manager could care less about most of the customers. Chances are if I dislike them, then she probably dislikes them, too. The hell with them. I've gotten so that I barely pay attention to the disagreeable ones.
