Today, a customer came up to the service desk and my service desk coworker was taking care of him. He was given a raincheck for chips that came with 5 packs of 12 pack sodas since we were out of the chips (one of our specials this week). He kept ranting that he wasn't going to pay for the chips now since we didn't know when or if they were coming in. His wife was trying to get him to calm down but she couldn't. He demanded a manager so I got another service desk employee since the store director already left. The customer got to substitute the chips for another brand.
