Friend of mine was sued for sexual assault. He had touched a womans ass with the back of his hand in a crowded subway by mistake. She wanted to sue him for 10 million.

Case was dismissed, but that sort of thing wouldn't even be considered over here.

No, see, that's proof of the system working as intended. Someone tried to sue for something ridiculous and it got thrown out.

It's when people get their way that highlight the system being flawed. The fact that it was brought up in the first place is an example of the woman in question being flawed.
