In the comments section on how we may improve she wrote this,and only this, word for word:

"I know you have a return policy but I'm just upset that it has to apply to ME!"

Classic EW. Understands the return policy but wishes she were magically exempt for no reason at all.

New review today. The cashier got a zero on their score because:

"The cashier was TOO friendly..."
