In a goddamn library, this guy was talking LOUDLY on his cell phone? If I'd been working there, I'd have gone over, taken his phone, switched it off, and carried it outside, waited for Bob to finish blustering and swearing, tell him to take his calls outside, and gone back into the library to get fired.

The library I go to actually has a fine for using a cell phone, its kinda cool. It's a city ordinate too, so its not just the lbrary trying to fine people.
