Me: Hello, Hyena Dandy, Ye Olde Video Shoppe. How may I help you?
HC: ...
Me: *figures they haven't heard* Uh... Hello, this is Ye Olde Video Shoppe, Hyena Dandy speaking. How may I help you?
HC: *breaks down crying* NO-ONE CAN HELP ME! *click*

But it makes me wonder...were they trying to contact some help hotline or did they really call a video shop for help?
