Okay, this one reminds me of a tale from back in the day.

I was in the military and we were stationed in the Bay Area, and a news story came out that got a young marine in trouble big time. Seems there was a local call center and this young man signed up for it to make some cash on the side. The command didn't have a problem with side jobs if they didn't interfere with your duties, so no problem there. No, what happened was a local reporter decided to do a little story on the local jobs, and while talking to this company found the young marine. Again, no real problem except....... he had a very sultry voice and had been working as 'Anna'.

Yeah, a young marine talking dirty as a woman on the phone. Rumor had it that the problem still would have been discreetly handled, except, remember I said it was a local service? Yeah, 'Anna' had a few customers on base it seems.

Sorry, but I just gotta ask... how do you play a dead body on the phone?
You just put the phone down, and wait till it goes off the hook. When they hear the disconnected phone sounds, they'll think oh hot, she's dead.

Alas, I suspect that most necrophiliacs wouldn't really be into zombie phone sex. They probably want you to describe how your body flops around as they do whatever to it.
This reminds me of a line I always thought was funny:

"Last night, I made love to a woman so skillfully you'd almost think she was conscious; the way she quivered from the top of her head to the tag on her toe."

I've seen this attributed to Woody Allen, but I don't think that's correct.
