Just had a customer call to say he has one of our filters and it keeps tripping the power. I advise him that it will actually be the pump tripping the power as the filter has no electrical parts.
ME: do you know if the pump is one of ours?
SC: Um? I don’t know?
Me: Well if you can get the details from the pump and it is one of ours, call me back and I will log a service call.
SC: What if it is not your pump?
Me: Then you will need to contact the company that makes it to get it serviced.
SC: So you can’t help me?
Me:????
SC: Thanks for nothing *hangs up*
