It's nice to see that I'm not the only one who's pulled this!

Tell you what, no one expects a white guy in England to speak chinese. No one. I just wished I could understand it while I was at university. There were so many asian students that I'm sure that I could have overheard something juicy!

Those two women are of a class that I recognize well. The absolute pampered b*tch. Never worked a day in their lives. Nothing was good enough for them, but they were still there buying it! Supposedly they had money, but came to a 'lowly' charity shop to bitch constantly at all the merchandise instead of going to a pricey, high quality shop. Yeah It was like a sport to them.

But in contrast, I had a nice Hong Kong lady come in and because her eyesight was a bit poor, I helped her look through our clothes. When we were done, she thanked me for my help, and I just said 'Mouh-Mahn-Tai' (No Problem). We talked a bit, and I saw her every week after that, and I'd always help her. She said I was a very good person. I like her

I can't wait for the day I can pwn someone in French. Or even better, learn how to say "have a nice day" in the most common languages in my area to give the idea that I know their language. They don't have to know that I can only speak those four words (or hello for that matter ) it still gives them the guilt .

I've done similar things in Thai, but mostly to children who don't expect a falang to understand that they're using bad language. Unfortunately, Thai isn't common enough that I get to tell someone off very often. I'm working on my Japanese though!

Ugh, I can't stand people who use a langauge barrier to be completely douchebags.

A co-worker of mine does this specifically to exclude people. He's a real turd.
