    I can understand being concerned about your child/grandchilds well-being and all but DANG! I have met many many MANY people like her whether they are older or not. I feel you're pain. In the end, you just wanna walk away saying "if you're not going to listen, I'm not going to help." but you just stand there and take the pain.
    On another note, she could be in early stages of dementia or such. Nursing home work helped me to understand that. Need LOTS of patience to deal with it.

      Sadly, this lady probably has some sort of dementia, possibly even Alzheimer's. And what pisses me off to no end, is that her family/handlers/whatever let her go out in public and make an ass of herself and cause minor chaos in public. Very sad really.
      I will never go to school!

              I would hazard a guess that she might have been trying (and failing) to haggle on the price. Unfortunately, crazy doesn't work so well as a haggling tactic...
