Picture the scene: a slightly grubby, but good atmosphered student bar. People having a laugh, playing with the quiz machines and playing pool.
We offer a '2 meals for £5.95' deal going on with selected meals on the menu.
A customer strolls up to the bar, and orders two 'Smothered Chickens', which is basically grilled chicken breast topped with bacon, bbq sauce (made by moi
) and cheese, on top of some chips.
Then he gets given the total, the order is recited to him, and he pays. He then objects to the change he was given and says "I only wanted one!".
Shame really, since I had to throw out a chicken breast because the kitchen gets the orders on payment.
What a tosser.
