Yesterday, a customer called mentioning that she didn't get her gas coupon and I told her that promotion had recently stopped. She told me that she didn't see any signs that we were stopping it and that our competitor was still doing the gas coupon promotion.
I passed the call to my service desk coworker and she couldn't get through to the customer either. She ended up calling the store director to find out what to do about the customer.
