I must admit I'd be pretty upset if I had bikes delivered late in the day...if I'm going out biking, it's not gonna be near dinner time!
I'm pretty sure the renter never asked when they'd show up, the broker never said when they'd be delivered, and the bike company never said either.
Pretty much the whole mess could have been avoided with a couple of questions at the beginning.
