The tech was 4 hours late & then said he couldn’t find customer’s house. The customer gave him directions & when the tech called to say he was on his way, the customer canceled the appointment because he didn’t want the tech to come after all. Tech said he would reschedule the appointment, but the customer again refused. Now customer is demanding that the installation be done today because of all of the “hassle he has been through with trying to get this done.”
